I have been calling for two days about a matter that our property management Teanna Adcock was very unprofessional, she implied something to a neighbor of mine and used my name causing a hard feeling, if she wants to act like a middle schooler she is in the wrong line of work she needs her facts straight I would not recommend her as your property manager at all worthless

This company is the worst managed company I have ever seen, they have not only discriminated against people, but persecute for things that are not in their HOA rules or they interpret them to satisfy their peoples. We should not have to pay HOA dues if the property management group will not enforce city laws, and their own rules e.g. golf carts with no Slow Moving vehicle signs, motorcycles and dirt bikes and 4 runners per their Rules are running every day, and they encourage neighbors to turn on each other. Great way to run a community. Other items like then entire front entrance has dead trees, shrubs and they do not fix the water system automatic sprinklers do not work. Get it together people before you go against people that are doing good for animal health and saving lives.

Poorest management company there is. The community association manger does not respond to any calls, emails or messages left. If you need any answers you better start the process at least 4 weeks in advance. Any complaints of any violations or the rules are only enforced depending on who you are. Kim Boyd is flat out biased in all her decisions. When you call the office, the office manager Amy Rohrbach is just has hateful. She overtalks you and reminds you constantly that your words are insignificant. Hateful people working for what I can only gauge as a hateful company. I was even put on hold to ve transferred and the person picked up the phone and then hung up on me. Thank you Ardsley, you have given me a goal to ensure EVERYONE that I encounter knows what kind of business you run.
