Kind of a mixed bag here...the customer waiting area was clean and nicely kept but it was extremely small, only 4 chairs I believe. The gentleman who waited on me was well turned out, well spoken, professional...hell, I would hire him. But, a 2 hour wait for an oil change with tire rotation, and that was with an appointment at 830 am on a Monday morning. Prices were very good as well. About 60 dollars cheaper than Jiffy Lube etc.

Every time I go there I get quick professional service I really don't have any complaints but if you want your car right and I suggest people go to the quick Lane not only did they hook my Chevy Cruze up but they also did my little smart car I'm really loving this place don't have to take her all the way to the Benz dealership no more

Brought my car in for an oil change, 20 mins before scheduled appointment. 1 1/2 hours later i walked up to the front desk and the manager (? Black leather pants and high heels) asked if I had been helped yet. Yes, Im the only person in the waiting room. Car was still sitting in the parking lot, techs were all standing around chatting. On multiple different trips oil change times with an appointment take 2 hours. Service used to be great but has gone downhill, wont be back
