I am very angry about the way our delivery was handled. One of the delivery guys was rude and aggressive. Our staff were abused and sworn at. Completely unacceptable

Luxo living has very poor quality furniture. It's been 9 months since I bought a sofa. But it was broken.

Very professional customer service. Thank you guys.
I bought the traditional Finnish sauna for 6ppl. Fast delivery but sub par product. Sauna stove doesnt heat up to the advertised temperature and takes hours not minutes to even get warm. Product support is also poor, I have waited over a month for the support team to provide acceptable action and just keep getting told its under review. Very disappointing.
