DisGRACEful is what they should be called. Delivery took more than twice as long as initially told. Half of the boxes look like an elephant had sat on them. A chest of drawers has been dropped multiple times and is beyond repair, absolutely destroyed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had things damaged as well as my covers taken off my mattress. Every bit of timber eg bed table desk had dents in it. Poorly packed

Could not be happier with Grace Removals. From the initial visit by their consultant to the collection of our furniture and household effects and finally to the return of our things. They made the relocation from Hobart to the Gold Coast very easy. Fantastic staff who were extremely careful with our belongings. Absolutely no damage to a single thing was remarkable. The big thing for me also was they were there when the said they would be. On time every time! Thank you Grace Removals.

In Hobart, Andrea Ripper was excellent. Comprehensive, efficient, professional customer service. The packing & loading process appeared to go well. And although we were warned that it could take 3 or 4 weeks for our personal effects to arrive in Cairns due to heavy rain delays, our effects arrived 'only' 18 days later. However the delivery & unloading process in Cairns was not as satisfactory. After being advised that the truck would arrive between 1 pm and 1.30 pm on Wed 18 April, by 1.45 pm there was no truck and no phone call. Upon my calling Grace, the person who answered the call advised that she was only the receptionist and didn't know what had happened. After she called back we were advised that the truck wouldn't arrive until 4 pm due to delays with an earlier job. The delivery crew were quite good however about four furniture items were delivered with minor levels of damage, it would appear due to poor packing/handling for a road/sea/rail/road transit. Grace have instructed us to make a claim for the damaged items.
