Turn is a tricky time and when getting 20+ three and four bedroom town homes ready so quickly, unfortunately it does happen where there are items that do end up needing to be addressed after move in. They said our townhouse was move in ready, but it wasnt. We had multiple repairs that still needed to be done including the stove which we didnt have for 2 weeks. Then fast forward a year for move out Holly pushed us out the door so I told her that we wouldnt have time to clean which she replied thats fine. I left that townhome in pretty decent shape but they still took most of our deposit. The maintenance man is super slow, took him a whole day to replace a ceiling fan, he broke my headboard on my bed. Thats just the small list.
Hi, I'm so sorry but I'm unable to find any record of an Ana Hills you having lived here. No one has reached out to our office until recently in regards to noise complaints/parties which prompted me to send email out giving the phone number for Mil Spec in case of events like that. Many residents, old and new, were unaware there was a phone number to call for noise complaints until I sent out that email. Unfortunately the City of Lawrence does charge a fee when trash is placed in the recycle container rather than the trash bins and therefore this is a way to deter residents from continuing to place trash in the wrong containers. I'm so sorry your time was not pleasant and I wish you nothing but the best of luck in your new home and your future endeavors.

The original property manager was great. The new one not so much. As soon as she took over, we received emails every week with issues she had with us for no reason, just trying to pick a fight. We paid on time always. One time the trash and recycling bin got mixed up, and everyone in the complex through trash in the recycling. The property manager personally went through and tore the trash bags open to find evidence of whos trash it was and charged us a fee for it, when everyone in the complex contributed. Thats literally crazy, and I am now buying a shredder for any personal info. The unit was falling apart, we had issues constantly with the drains not draining, water constantly running, washer and dryer issues. The dishwasher barely works, might as well hand wash. The neighbors had parties every weekend with people just hanging out in the parking lot drinking and screaming all night long, when there is supposedly security that makes rounds. Gave us a bad review to the new apartments we were moving to. You can find better properties with way better management. She was like an overbearing school principal, I was so glad to move out I even moved out 2 months early to get away from her.

Love this place! I have lived here for about a year & just renewed my lease. Holly is very attentive & one of the nicest people that I have ever met. Overall a wonderful place to live!
