Customer service has gone down ,Very rude and didnt have her mask on correctly! Used to do business here before but the new person in the desk was very rude and disrespectful. Will be taking my business elsewhere , highly disappointed.

If I could give a 0, I would. The doctor is wonderful, unfortunately the staff isn't. Especially the front girl. They're so thirsty for money, they refused to cancel my 2nd frame 10 minutes after I placed the order. Even after the 1st pair of frames I got were a pair of Gucci ones. This was my 2nd year here and my son too, but NEVER again. The front girl has a nasty attitude too~ no customer service skills whatsoever. Absolutely HORRIBLE!

Such a stunning and clean optical. They have hundreds of designer options to chose from! Exam was fast and the opticians helped me pick the perfect frames. Not to mention the prices are hard to beat! Will be recommending EVERYONE here!

Bought brand new Dita Mach six for myself and 2 Gucci sunglasses for my wife. I'm not gonna lie we were going to buy more, but stopped ourselves. This place has the newest glasses, you could tell they have style and a sense of fashion at the store. Def coming back for more frames after tax season!

If I could give this place a zero Review I would their customer service is horrible starting with the sales lady and ending with the very awful customer service from the manager. We ordered glasses paid $642 was promised them in a week ,we called 3 times and every time the sales woman would say let me see whats going on I will call you back and never called us back with any updates. Today we called and was told by the same women that we needed to wait until Friday. I will never go there again and will never recommend anyone there . When you go to a professional optical store like Cohen optical there customer service is awesome and in 3 days you get your glasses doesnt matter what type of progressive lenses you purchase that was the managers lame excuse horrible service.
