The locations is great, right off of Monroe and Michigan Ave. The architecture is incredible and the decor is like something out of a Harry Potter movie. Pretty much all of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk manager Stefka on the other hand was a different story..to be honest she was quite rude and seemed to lack any customer service skills. Hopefully she was just having a bad day but for this reason I feel this place only deserves 3 stars.

The attention gathered by the figure rather then the back ground . By the relatively enclosed area then the defused area ,and by something moving then relatively something still .and to all those phenomena that have our attention . We attribute a higher degree then the one we don't know . Eye of history in the making that always changes but always stays beautiful .

The newly renovated University Club of Chicago is the best and most diverse social club in Chicago. This is after visiting other clubs of similar capacity. The venues are beautiful, the service personable, and the members are welcoming. So very glad I joined.

Employees of University Club kept posting photos on FaceBook throughout last year (2020) during the height of pandemic - NO MASKS in photos. Inches from each other with no masks during gatherings of multiple people. I even wrote to the management - no response. This was before the vaccine. Irresponsible & violation of the state mandate.
