Anajet sold me a Mpower 40K on this thing and not one shirt came out. After countless phone calls to technical support long holds, no returns call we gave up. 9 months later Anajet sent an email asking how are we doing in a attempt to sell us the new product. Now they have no record of us calling. Don't have any ideal what i'm talking about. What a costly mistake. The only thing they tell me is ship it back for $600 and they will refurbished the unit. Never addressing the issue that it was a brand-new machine. 10 hours a day day after day trying to get this thing to work so i can open my site. The 11 month of loss of revenue. The thousands of dollars i spent on T-shirt in it trying to get this thing to work. So now i'm gonna lawyer up and take it to court. Buyer be aware. Look at the amount of complaints and lawsuits in the last year. They Took down the rate and review on Facebook because it was horrible. Fraud on every level.

I cannot emphasize enough how much you should avoid Anajet and Ricoh. Case in point: I was sold a $21,000 garment printer less than 3 years ago. Garment printers can be fussy, and a HUGE benefit was "lifetime tech support," which is absolutely needed. Another HUGE benefit was "Ricoh is making these new inks, they're way cheaper!" Which was half true, they do make CMYK, but as for white (the expensive ink) it was "It's on its way, they told me it's coming soon," etc. Anyways, a $21k printer and they recently announced they are not going to service, repair, tech support, or anything with this model anymore. Just, "bye." Thanks for the money, now get bent, is pretty much what they told me. So yeah, anywhere but here. There are much better options for DTG that WON"T just decide your $21,000 machine is obsolete and tell you good riddance.

I had a problem with my nozzle checks and to be honest I was super worried. When we first called Antonio helped us troubleshoot and help us replace a part in my printer. I thought yay I am done but it turns out it wasnt fixed. I called and emailed My sales rep and Antonio again and they both got back to me ASAP and changed another part the very next day! Fast service! I am up and running again and making money:) thank you to Ricoh team for taking care of me. I will say, my printer was covered by warranty because I did my regular maintenance, so make sure you take care of your printer!

The company has gotten MUCH better in the past month, as they've improved their customer support dramatically. Osvaldo was very helpful and personally followed up right away to be sure I was satisfied with his help. Thanks anajet/ricoh for caring about your customers and improving! UPDATE 2/28/19: I had a very stressful ink leak to diagnose/find. After a long day of on and off frustrating tech support calls, I'd decided to continue looking for the leak the next day. Well, I found it! And I was MORE than pleased with the new days tech guy, Sean & a lady named Vanessa, who both helped me quickly & KINDLY. They found me what I needed to quickly repair my leak so I can be up and running soon. Kind & blast customer service REALLY matters to me, especially given the cost of this equipment, and especially in the tech support area! Thanks again Sean and Vanessa!

Since mpower i5 shipped to me , endless problems they send tech twice he fixed machine , after 3 day keep having same problems. Junk item , junk customer service ever. Try to print shirt with ur garbage can may give you better result. 11 months later machine still not working they want me to ship the machine back they will fix it for me for free but I have to pay 450 shipping cost plus service not included print heads ???? Plus they want me to pack machine as good as I received which is not really possible, in contact with lawyer I will try to open up case for $ 50 000 which is only pays my depth to collection agencies that is all , u may print a tshirt with ur garbage can but this machine. Stay away Stay away Stay away
