Looking forward to my first experience with them and get my car out on the road this weekend only to receive one of the two bulb holders i ordered. Literally had to just grab two instead of one. Spoke to someone named Alexander in the warehouse who said they'll ship another but couldn't give me a sort of verification or order number for the missing part. A week into my first purchase and im not feeling great about coming back. We'll see if this bulb holder shows up. *update* they quickly got me my missing part and sent me an extra with it. Im happy, the volvos happy, thanks guys!
Last guy with my overdrive solonoid for my 940 I could find lucky he was local. Not only did he have the part at a fair price, but he showed me how to Install it.
How is color matching a customer service issue? If you don't like the item, return it. If you actually posted a real name I would be happy to contact you directly to resolve your issue. That's how we normally communicate. Not via Google reviews. Pretty simple! Happy, Not Crappy! Cheers!

Poor customer service. Ordered Interior trim and the color is not even close to the original. I understand parts fade, but the color variation of my old and new piece are not even close. Response to below comment: The sales person I talked to was snarky when I called about the color variation. He listed a whole host of reasons why I shouldn't return the part. By the time I ship it back, pay your restocking fee, etc. I would only recoup about 2/3 of the cost of that part. Not worth it. So for your inconvenient service and shoddy part you get 1 star.
