Messed up a large order of business cards so bad we had to have them re-made. Multiple times they have neglected to call to tell us our orders were ready, meaning that we had to check up on the status constantly.
Gave 2 weeks for only 2 shirts to get done. Sarah in front took them & said she would call me when complete. In the meantime, I called 3 times in order to check on the status. I called in the morning the day before & she told me that she would call me right back. Didn't get my shirts in time, as I assumed that they still weren't done. Called the following week & gave them heck. The gentleman said that he was truly sorry & offered me his services at no charge. Since it wasn't his fault & I could tell that he wanted to take care of his customers, I am offering this company 4 stars for "making it right."
