Had a hat done with them 3 years ago and 1 with a different logo 3 years before and it cost me $75 to scan the logo into their system each time. Now that I would like to do another hat, they won't do it. Has to be minimum of 4. I even offered to pay for 4 to get 1 done and still not able to get it done. Had I known this, I wouldn't have used their embroidery shop in the first place. How they can do it twice before and not now is absurd
If I hadnt gone directly into the store to tell the employee to embroider the two items I gave her a month before, then I would never have got my items on time. When I dropped off my stuff I was promised they would be done and I would be contacted within a month a maximum. Over a month goes by and I walked in and was told to come back two hours later because it only takes two hours not over a month! They forgot about my items completely, not very professional way of doing business. I give two stars because they technically did what was asked, but it was late and I had to encourage the process.
