Very disappointed lately. I have great service in the past 3 years. Had broken frames repaired, and told I could pick them up. The place was locked up due to COVID. NO warning or notices posted. I need my glasses urgently for driving. They are payed for and fixed. Cannot get in touch with Linden.
Came with my family because they recommended this location. Little wait time for eye appointment and immediately after, we sat with Stewart. Stewart was the best, never pushy patient and honest. Really helped me find the right pair of glasses for me, I enjoyed the process so much I actually got 2! If I ever need another pair I know exactly who I'm going to see... STEWART
RUDE STAFF + SLOW SERVICE. I ordered a pair of glasses December 14. I was told they'd be in within 3 weeks. 3 weeks pass, no phone call, no email. I call and they say they're finishing them up and they'll be ready by Thursday. Still no call on Thursday, but OK, fine, I go in to pick up the glasses. After picking up the glasses, I try them on outside in my car without my mask - they are slipping down and the frame is blocking my vision. I go back in and ask the woman at the reception if they have any adhesive nose pads or another way to correct these frames, as they are clearly not working. She rudely asks if I have an appointment. Well, no - they hadn't even informed me that the glasses were ready when they were. She says they have no time for me and I will have to schedule a return appointment. I wound up just leaving and buying what I needed on Amazon for $8. I was very disappointed with my experience at Linden as a first-time customer. They were the closest optometrist that took my insurance, but I will gladly go elsewhere to be treated well by a staff that actually seems to care about their customers.
