We apologize for your negative experience. We were still in the process of opening our store at that time and switching our online presence from our old company (Esef Apparel) to our new company, Oh Shirt Yeah. Everything is updated now, we are finally open and we really hope you can come back and visit us for your custom apparel needs. We tried contacting you via Facebook to apologize and offer a custom shirt on the house but we never got a response. Sorry we didn't respond on Google sooner.

*This is not a review of actual products or service* I was looking for a place to get some embroidery done and was excited when this place popped up. Drove over on a Saturday morning only for the store to be locked up and closed. Really disappointed that the posted hours of operation were inaccurate. Call before you go unless you're already planning on being at the outlets.

Ordered over $600 of uniform apparel from them. Good quality and accurate shipping time. Terrible service. I reached out because despite following the sizing chart there's a couple of items (mainly the jackets) that did not match the sizing chart and fit incorrectly, so I attempted to get an exchange which was immediately denied by the company. It's one thing if it was the whole order someone is trying to swap out but a couple of items for that size of and order shouldn't be an issue, especially since it's for the fire department and you could keep the stock for when another person from the Dept ordered. Just bad business.
