Brought my same hearing aid repair for second time as it stopped working again for no reason. Came in on monday and was told she would take my hearing aid and send it back out but could not honor my simple request to reprogram my right aid to work in my left ear. which only takes a few minutes she refused and said I would have to make an appointment no heart at all or sympathy shown. Straight out right refused said she was completely booked and there was not 1 soul in the waiting room but 1 patient that went in to the back. She also made sure to tell the other patient she was early but she can take her now. Patient care is about sympathy and taking care of your patients and make then happy and does not always revolve around your precious appointments especially when your waiting room was empty and so determined to take your precious lunch break after barely opening.

As someone who has suffered serious hearing loss and tinnitus associated with Meniere's Disease for over 35 years, I've been treated by many doctors and seen so many audiologists and specialists. Of all these people, I can honestly say that Armina Topchian with Connect Hearing in Beverly Hills is at the top of the list right next to my amazing ENT doctor. Armina is wonderful at what she does best. She listens and works to resolve issues with my hearing aid in a very professional and compassionate manner. She has made a huge difference for me on a personal level. I highly recommend Armina to anyone who is seeking a hearing specialist.
