Hello weve been in business since 2012 and never been called thiefs. We apologize about any bad experience someone you know may have had with us but we can assure we didnt rob or steal anything from anyone. Any defected merchandise that was damaged or made in error during production can be and will be corrected, if we catch it during quality control process. We rushed a order for Centric for free for him to have on a certain day he wanted. We have a 7-10 day turn around but to accommodate the customer we produced him items within the same week and during pickup a few sweaters was left out of box which we were unaware of. We didnt know he was missing sweaters until after he made a review. He never called to notify us that he was missing anything. We located the missing sweaters and have been working with the owner of the brand and are personally drop shipping pieces to his Customers.

Bad business! Robbed my brother for some of his merchandise and then messed up the stitching without fixing it! Smh GOTS TO DO BETTER!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME with this company ! Extremely unprofessional and not accommodating. I placed an order with this company with my partner, initially dropping off 17 sweaters and ONLY RECEIVED 13 BACK, obviously not staying at the property and counting each sweater because I trusted that they wouldn't STEAL from me. OUT of 13 sweaters, FIVE of them were either embroidered twice with layover or the logo was misplaced/crooked. I contacted the the owner as soon as I looked over ALL of the products and he told me that he had "extra sweaters" for me which were probably damaged in the first place otherwise they would have been returned to me PERIOD because they are my property. AS SOON AS HE SAW MY PUBLIC review he hit my phone talking about why didn't you come to me, WHEN I CONTACTED HIM the NIGHT I picked the products up. He told me "I can fix the stitching" . SO you want to remove the stitching so my sweaters can be DAMAGED? Explain to me how i dropped 17 sweaters off and only received 13 back. DO THE MATH I still need 4 sweaters BACK, and with no stitching on them if you didnt mess those up too. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. THIS is not a black business im willing to support anymore.

The owners are very welcoming and the quality is unmatched! Went in for a private consultation,unsure of what I wanted initially and Cookie, executed my vision spot on! Definitely shopping again,soon.
Placed an order in the beginning of August and its mid October and havent gotten my shirts. Ive been reaching out for the past 2 weeks and now Im not getting any responses. This whole experience has been horrible! Its now December. I finally got my shirts but they are completely wrong! They stopped answering my emails after sending many asking for a refund. This company is a joke
