The executor Ursula Watts refused to pay anything when the unoccupied property we inherited was flooded, they (Ms.Watts and Arabella Murphy) hadnt turned off the water. We were even made to pay for the insurance premium before the flooding and had to fight for MONTHS to get our money back from them. Complaints process focused on making it nigh on impossible for clients to complain. Would appear they missed the ethics class in their training.
