I had to call about a mutual customer and Ken was extremely rude and snippy with me because my customer brought the car back. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. All these people care about is the money. Edit to add: I spoke with the owner and he was EXTREMELY unprofessional and told me he refused to give a letter saying the vehicle was returned. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE THE TIME OF DAY OR YOUR BUSINESS!!

Before you purchased the vehicle you took it for test drive and found everything to your liking , 10,000 miles later an issue was diagnosed at an external facilty and this we fixed.

I recently got a car from here & the car was messed up when I got it .I Had the car for about a month then it started giving me problems. Took it to several mechanics and they told me it was the head gasket , took it back to Carz 4 sale and they insist that it wasnt the head gasket that it was the water pump . I let them change out the water pump and I still was having problems with the car running hot , I have been broke down on side of the road . I have been spending money on the car constantly for diagnostic and I even had to buy a new tire when I picked my car up from carz for sale do to a nail being in my tire having it to go flat . The service is poor and I wasnt a happy customer . Ever since I got that car Ive been having problems and spending money that I shouldn't have had to spend. When I first got it I had to buy brand new tires do to it having different size tires on the car , had to buy brakes becuase brakes was worn out and I even had to fix the front and back bumper and also the driver door mirror and get a alignment all in the first month of having the car . Do yourself a favor and dont buy a car from here trust me ! All they want is money. My car was there for about a month in a half when they was fixing it and they say I still owed them for payments even tho I wasnt driving the car.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They will sale you a broke down car and will give you a hard time when you try to get it fix! The cars that they are selling are broken down cars that look good on the outside but will need major repairs once you drive off the lot! Save yourself time and money and DONT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THERE!! If I could leave zero stars I would!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
