We did a small order (3 shirts, two backpacks) as a test across multiple companies. The embroidery was poorly done and inconsistent from shirt to shirt. Using the same graphic: two backpacks we received were excellent, but the shirts were terrible. One looks so bad it would be embarrassing to wear -- we're going to toss it. One is "OK" from a distance, and the third is almost perfect but not as good as from other vendors.
Ordered expensive, quality (supposed) shirts for my company. Unfortunately waited a few months to thoroughly inspect them all and then discovered many had the same, serious flaw. Company would not back their products, even suggested that I may have done this on purpose. Their excuse for the flaw? "...this shirt has a nature of snagging". Won't use again.
The online ordering process is so easy. I also appreciated that there was someone that contacted me after I placed my to go over the design proof and other details. That same person was available, and responded quickly to questions up to and after I received my order. A perfect combination of modern day efficiency and quality customer service!
Really needed polos for an upcoming event and they couldn't deliver. Sarah.G emailed me a proof of what the end product would look like on a black polo and a grey. The sewn proof was not aligned and the detail on my logo only showed up good on one. As a buyer I was trying to find a solution to make this order work. I would have to say I didn't feel she did, because she mentioned that both are printed from the same machine and that was pretty much that. So at the end I asked if we can try the print on an all black polo since we have been working this far on this and I've gotten no response.
