Dear Gavin Gooudie Initially You brought your iPhone 7 for a new battery which was comptely dead . Before replacing battery , We checked if there was any life in the phone . After 30 mins when it switched on , there were lines coming on your iPhone 7 Screen . We phoned you straight away and informed you about this issue and also confirmed that you still wanted battery replacement and you agreed to change your battery . After diagnose we found out that your old battery was working normal and its just screen which needs replacement because of lines issue . Its very sad that after we informed you about lines issue before opening your phone you left negative feedback. hope you will reconsider and remove it . Many Thanks Regards iFix Scotland

Went into shop to get a battery changed on my iPhone 7. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! I now have an iPhone I cant use as the screen is not responsive to my touch and has lines up it. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

If you had any issue's with your screen then would have contacted us back because you were still covered in warranty instead of leaving feedback without contacting us. I have an iPhone 7. Asked for a screen replacement after my original got cracked. They replaced while I was in the shop and all seemed fine. I noticed quickly that the screen does not switch off during a call so numerous buttons are annoyingly pushed while calling. I took this as it being a cheap screen without the sensor built in to activate this feature. I have since noticed this morning that the sensor must be upside down as it works when the phone is tilted the opposite way; this is an amateur mistake in my opinion. I have also had the screen turn itself off when taking a selfie...we have had a great bother trying to turn the phone off completely to reset the screen and this has led to my phone connecting to the emergency services numerous times. Very unhappy with iFix service and do not intend on returning or encouraging others to use this business.

You know I'm needing a new screen on ipad and looked up where's best......here??? You have to be joking dealt with this con master 2 years ago paid 145 to fix my husband Sony z3 compact right!!!! So he did kind of fix it my husband couldn't hear so he took the screen off again there was something that fell over the speaker part? So anyway off he went NEXT day screen started to come off and it cracked now I swear on all that's holy that it wasn't dropped or handled roughly took it back NEXT DAY con master here said I fix it and throw in a screen cover for 100 I worked and been train at Apple so know how to do things mmmm right you screwed up a new phone that needed a screen!!! Never sorry peeps use someone else.
