Absolutely terrible customer service. My account was hacked and someone placed numerous orders through this company. I contacted them prior to the orders being shipped as I caught the hack immediately. I canceled the order online and the order was shipped anyway and my account charged. Currently I am trying to get someone to respond to my emails, as it has been several days. They do not list a phone number where you can contact them either. Their customer service is a total disgrace.
Every product I've received has been well worth the money. Great quality, great selection. My top product has to be The Plow, it leaves such a clean shave without the irritation on my skin and it's so safe. Thank you Manscaped for looking out for me.
Absolutely horrible business set up, no contact info, except an email. They charge me every 3 months, but I canceled a year ago. Product works fine but what a waste of space, I live in San Diego, I will have a talk with these idiots in person soon. Very unhappy.
