MOT was fine but I was refused the 3rd service which was due. I phoned everyday for a week and the call was never returned. I even called Andrew, the Motability rep who said he would let service know I needed to book but still no return call. I have had to go to Renault in Orpington for my service. I am disgusted at the treatment I was given. I have reported to Motability your lack of customer care.
Drove from Hertfordshire to see a new car and put a deposit. After waiting 15 minutes was called over by a guy who wouldn't leave his desk. Was then shown a similar car from 2017 that was filthy inside and out. Will now buy a Hyundai i10 thanks for nothing
Excellent service from Julian Leigh at Reception, as always. The work was carried out on schedule at a fair cost. Overall, Im very happy with the car (which I bought from them 8 years ago) and the after sales service. (Only negative thing to say is that the new phone switchboard system makes it quite difficult to get through to a person to talk to).
The worst customer treatment I have experienced in a long time. After a promising start the subsequent email exchanges from the sales manager were blunt and curt. I had to escalate to the dealership principle who apologised and said lessons needed to be learnt from my treatment. However, at no point did anyone there ask the question 'is there anything we can do to turn this around and retain your business'. Instead I was wished well buying my new car elsewhere.
