asked customer services advice. she told me the totally wrong information. told me I got free delivery on timber if I spent over 100 pounds in store, spent 150 to be told there was a 30 pound delivery fee, the item I needed deliverd was only 31.50, so I didn't bother buying this item. very disappointed by this, because I came to b n q to get all my items in one go, but then I had to go else were because customer service couldn't get there information correct

Great was able to order small items likke sealant small tins of paint and all delivered to your door as I don't have a car

Great store well laid out. Large car park. Hardly every any trolleys available cause customers don't return them to bays but that's not b and qs fault.
