Went in to take a look at the computer games stuff on the first floor and do some present hunting. The store itself is good and has a nice selection but the experience was ruined by the whole lower floor positively reeking of cigarette smoke. It was horrible and we held our breath and made a hasty exit. The source appeared to be a back door at the back right of the shop as you stand at the entrance. From the strength of the smell nearby and noise of discussion it sounded like staff were standing on the other side smoking whilst the wind carried the scent in - and my goodness it was strong.... Likely unintended I imagine but absolutely NOT the sort of environment I'd spend time in let alone having children subject their young lungs to it...Management would be well advised to be aware of the issue and ensure anyone heading out to smoke heads a good distance from this rear door and far down wind.... It ruined an other wise pleasant experience for us - and whilst we might have bought something we didn't feel it was comfortable to finish browsing and decided just to get out...

10 jumanji toy bought at 8pm as reward for 6yr old boy. Stopped roaring when we got home. Tail then fell off 5mins out the box.looked like held together with cheap glue. Returned next afternoon and refused return. Spent 1500 in this shop in last 12 months. Will make a point of spending elsewhere from now.

Shop crowded and hardly any staff and waiting ages to do a return at the busiest time of the year with 1 staff member on spend almost 30mins in a queue to do a return
