Our main priority is always to help our customers which we've been doing successfully for 16 years, unfortunately as we do everything possible to avoid repossessions but complete loss of contact, failure to maintain insurance, or failure to make payment can all result in eligibility for repossession. We have never repossessed a car without valid reason and without attempt to first contact to the customer. We also never deny a customer the option to recover their vehicle after the reason for repossession has been satisfied.

They would rob you in plain sight. Been paying my car for a year , NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT and yesterday night one of the employees came To my house and repo the car. No truck or anything. Reason? Missed to pay the car insurance. So they told me to bring prove of insurance in the morning so i did everything and called and now they want 4.5k to give it back to me. Ok lets do the math. Car is worth 5k. Been paying it for a year. And now they want 4.5k for it? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE (they will steal from you!) AND THEY PUT FAKE REVIEWS TOO!

Estan bueno que todavia un problema de hace casi 10 años todavia no he podido arreglarlo con un problema con una tablilla que ellos me bloquiaron. para el tiempo que fue trate fui alla y la persona decia que habia mandados los papeles a tallahasse y parece que no sedonde llamo oh,los envio por que hasta el dia de hoy no he podido solucionar nada y ahora no vengan a desmentir por qué el papel de tax aparece su nombre y bien clarito... asi que ojo
