They were assitive in seeking a viable buyer and provided adequate feedback, some improvements could have been made for after working hour escalations for viewings.

As a buyer I felt a bit uncomfortable not having any face to face contact with the agent. It was sometimes difficult to get hold of them on the phone and i often felt a bit out of the loop. However it meant I built up a relationship with the seller.

I've found Tom and his team great to deal with. Under these trying times with COVID and now the property market exploding it's been testing for everyone. Unfortunately with properties going quicker and quicker it's hard for buyers to get properties but it's been great as a seller Tom has done his absolute best to help with the transaction. They are proving that selling or buying a house is easier than It looks, Its like 1 stop shop and they look after every aspect of the purchase or sale, from solicitors to look after the legals to the Brokers to get your mortgage sorted. We have found the perfect family home through them and they are also helping us to sell our flat in London.. 4 days we had 7 viewings and even a second view!
