Had a very unfortunate experience today. Went in for lunch and ordered the same thing that I always do clams casino. And at first glance they looked good and when I went to take a first bite of the first one it was filled with hard shell pieces that almost broke one of my teeth... And the second one I tried same thing lots of hard pieces but also had the taste of mold. This is pretty uncommon for them but it was pretty upsetting because I was really craving it and looking forward to it after working all morning and then they informed me that if that batch was bad then they're probably all going to be bad. But at the same time they told me that they were selling Clams casino to other people. They obviously took it back and took it off the bill and I had ordered a lunch entree to come out after that but I just canceled it because I was just sick to my stomach and pretty upset. It wasn't the waiters fault he was nice. I did however have to go out of my way to the other side of the restaurant before I left to speak to a manager and all she could do was apologize nothing else was done. I've been coming here for years and like I said this is uncommon for them but I mean little shells in there every now and then but not this bad and definitely never tasted like mold before. I just thought more was going to be done honestly. My whole day has been pretty lousy after that. And I felt like it was a huge waste of my time :( I sat in the parking lot about 20 minutes afterwards just astonished.
I haven't been to this great restaurant in years. The food and service haven't changed. We purchased the seafood platter, and everything was fresh, hot, and perfect. Thank you for being consistent.
We're sorry your husband wasn't happy with his meal. We were happy to accommodate him and get him a different meal. Is there something we could do to get the 3 stars lifted to a 5?

My husband and I go a least once a month for dinner. My husband wasn't happy about his dinner. His dinner was replaced. Good
