The quality of their products is top notch. However, I must admit a sour taste exists after a quite poor experience with them. I placed my order on 9/28, and it had an expected ship date of 10/18. On 10/18, I had heard no updates so I replied back to the email (which went to the manager, Jenna). An Auto reply was received explaining their delays which I am 100% understanding of. The auto reply committed to a response within 24-48 hours. After hearing nothing back by 10/25, I called up to the store to request an update. The gentleman I spoke with (Cruz?) assured me the order was ready in back. When I asked about when it should expect to ship, he seemed perplexed at first asking if it was supposed to. I explained that yes, I had ordered it with shipping. He told me it should ship but wasn't sure on timing. At this point I again emailed back to Jenna (on 10/25). The same auto reply email was received. As before, I heard nothing back so I called on 10/28 requesting to speak with her. Cruz came back from the hold explaining it was actually my order she was presently looking for and assured me she would call by end-of-day and collected my phone number. I never heard back from Jenna, and this morning I received an auto email with shipping information. I'm understanding of our current labor shortages and the constraints our current time is putting on businesses. With that said, communication to your customers is key for us to remain understanding. If commitments to respond to emails and/or a phone call is set, *any* update is appreciated to fulfill said commitment. Even if it means, "hey, I don't have an update at this moment but let me work on it and get back to you within x amount of time". Your customers understand constraints out of your control, but will find it difficult to understand neglected commitments to them.
