Last month was the first time I had any work done by Tom and Boise Foreign Car Service. I needed someone to figure out what was wrong with my teen's 89 Honda Accord. After calling around (including a shop the is supposed to specialize in classic Honda's) I couldn't find anyone who wanted to look at a carbureted car! Seriously? I thought carburetors were mechanic 101 material. Sorry Dietz Automotive. Tom was SUPER knowledgeable and was happy to take a look at it. Turns out, the carb just needed adjustment and the engine needed a new PCV valve! Seriously -- $90 later I was on my way home with an old Honda that ran like it was supposed to! I then recommended Tom to my brother in law who had his Toyota 4-Runner in to have the rear end rebuilt. He had a similar positive experience with Tom AND Tom came in HUNDREDS of dollars less than other shops and over $1000 less than the dealer! We'll be back the next time we need service. Tom and the guys here are the best. They do fantastic work for a very reasonable prices. I have both my Nissan and Infiniti worked on here.
