All levels of service from front desk to seller were extremely rude and unhelpful. We came in to test-drive a specific model we are ready to get purchase called ahead to make sure they had on hand. Tall skinny Eastern European-accented guy was so rude that we walked out. Recommend taking your business to Glendale MBW or Century City BMW, where everyone has been lovely this location is full of a bad attitude.

This was definitely a first of its kind experience for me at a dealership. Usually sales representatives are extremely helpful sometimes to the point of being annoying but here you can expect your sales representative to constantly leave and not help you at all. I walked in to the dealership asking to see one particular vehicle. I was informed by my sales rep Saleh that the vehicle was on another floor and it will be brought down shortly. After waiting about 10 minutes the vehicle arrived however my sales rep was still busy with other things. I went out to look at the car by myself and was there for about another 10 minutes. This point my sales rep came back to stick a warranty sticker on the car and ran into either some other clients or friends at which point He told me again he will be right back and again leaving me unattended. I was able to get zero information about the car and after waiting for another 10 minutes ran out of patience and got in my car to leave. As Im leaving he walks out and asks what happened so I just told him it wasnt what I was looking for and he said OK and went back inside. I dont think I have had the worst experience at a dealership with a sales rep refusing to give any information or constantly leaving. Sorry BMW Beverly Hills lost out on a potential sale and client forever.
