Not A good Company to work with, very hush hush. Company doesnt communicate like they should with issues they are having and the training is a come and go! Went through a Temp agency and after they told the temp agency they Loved having me there and enjoyed my willingness to learn and improve, they let me go and hired someone internally. What a joke! Plant forman left two weeks after I got there, they moved floor supervisor to plant forman position and higher ups ran around like chickens with there heads cut off, Terrible shift hours 4-2am. Not a great turn around. let me go just 2 weeks before my hours were up to be hired in. Triple thumbs Down and I only have two thumbs

This company doesn't treat there employees with care. They promise a 30 60 and 90 day review to employees and you will not get any the 30 or 60 and your 90 will more likely be at your half yr mark. Its a revolving door here. Beware.

This company really cares about their customers and will do anything to make their vision into a reality. Most metal shops will only do production level work, but Metal Plus goes the extra length to develop prototypes or custom jobs.
