Well Kaleb... we're very sorry to hear you werent happy with your experience, and if you hadn't hung up in the middle of our explanation we would've told you we would be willing to try something different to try and make things right for you... Your order had problems from the start wherein you needed Rush-turnaround, but didnt order it that way on the website, so when you called to ask for that (which happened before we'd reviewed the order), we realized that what you ordered (1/4 page size flyer), wasnt what you sent artwork-wise (you sent over a square image file). So when we talked about how you wanted to handle re-sizing the artwork to match what you had ordered, and you told me to stick with a square, we made it the largest size that would fit inside of the product-size that you'd paid for (so the piece would be 4.25 x 4.25) - you said go ahead, and that is what we gave you. In your review you said that we provided you with a product "that was not functional" but didnt elaborate... but because most people reading this wont understand how a printed-flyer wouldnt be "functional", I'll explain to any would-be critics that that was because you had a VERY small QR code on that flyer, that you were having trouble getting to scan on the final printed flyers you received. ...That QR Code btw is smaller than .4" x .4" square on the flyer (which is the smallest recommended for a QR Code), AND upon taking a closer look in Photoshop, isnt even solid black-and-white. We noticed that the background "white" parts we're actually about 40% gray because the QR pattern was so small and tight - So for the record, yes, I'm going to hold the blame on you for your file prep as well as your inability know what size the flyer you are asking us to print, and ordering it as a rush (which is apparently what you needed)... Also - for the record, we printed out a few extras, at the size you ended up asking us to make and we gave to you, and tried our cell phones to check the QR Code, and though it took some steady-hand holding and focus struggles, we got it to work every time. Again, we apologize that you didnt get what you wanted. We always strive to make it right for everybody (which should be apparent that when you call over here, you get US in the phone, not some voice-cue or customer-service wormhole you'd be stuck in forever), which is something you would NOT get at a huge online printer like V#$ta or something... If you had stayed on the phone with me I wouldve offered up a solution - and STILL would. You've got the phone number ;-) //(Kevin) Fireball Press . . . +

This establishment is terribly unprofessional. Even after a phone call to clarify what I needed and they still provided me with a product that is not functional. Then when I called back to let them know they got snarky and tried to blame the problem on me when it clearly is their platform that is the issue. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PRINTING PRESS AGAIN!
