Do not do business with this companies owner until you research his other companies. Trying to reach JP Toste the CEO of this company and other loosely defined fellowship programs. Company is refusing to adhere to cancellation policy in contract. They state they are not financially able and that the contract reads upon their unilateral cancellation that my paid fees are to go toward a future program offering. This is inaccurate. It does not say that. It states that it is to be applied to another site offering. There is no inference of using my fees towards a future program of their choice. The company has an expired Secretary of State and the owner J.P. Toste doesn't reply to contact. They run own 6-8 different programs - Beacon Fellowship, Lex Fellowship, In Altum Fellow ship, Aprende Azores Fellowship, Horizon Bridge Fellowship, The Cuba Business Fellowship, St John Program, Social Media Training Program, Pilgrimage to The Holy Land & Rome, and DC Fellows; and I am sure I am not alone. I will be complaining to all boards and recommend you do the same. I have started the process for class action lawsuit against them, as they do not even reply to BBB or other JAMS mediation they have listed in the contract they are choosing to not adhere to.
