Went here a couple of years ago and couldnt get much info out of the guy. Tried again the other week and same thing happened again. Person I talked to was not helpful in any way. I remembered why I dont come here.
-$400 no refund, no partial refund, Huge mistake, a complete waste of money and time. I called around to a few places to get quotes on embroidery and Jose jc answered. He spent a little extra time explain pricing and what I can make off hats and I liked that. I Dropped 20 hats off to him and picked them up a week later. I pointed out the holes in the hat and he said it was normal, and its good quality, then said it was due to the material, just making excuses. I took my hats dropped them off at a friends shop to sell and my friend said I cant have that quality of work here, take them I called Jose a couple hours later explaining to him I am unhappy because I am unable to sell this quality of hat after sometime of him saying he cant do anything, no refund, partial of full and him saying its except-able work, we agreed that if I went and got my hat embroidered somewhere else that was better quality, he would give me half back $100, I did bring back a hat that was embroidered with no visible holes proving that it wasnt the material, it was in fact his work that ruined my hats. I am now down $200 on the hats and another $200 for the embroidery job totaling $400! Wait $390 since Jose asked if I pay cash Ill save $10 None of the other hats in the display case look as horrible as mine it was just a sad and horrible experience!
Image Embroidery was the 3rd embroiderer we went to trying to get our logo embroidered on our chef coats and polo's. We were trying to get the logo pulled from our business card and were told two times it wasn't possible. JC didn't even blink an eye at this. He looked at our business card, listened to what we wanted, and literally recreated our image on his software. But it gets better! Not only did he create an image for us out of nowhere, the actual embroidery itself is beautiful! The colors pop, the finish is flush and looks great, and we keep getting compliments on our coats and shirts left and right. I would highly recommend JC for your embroidery needs! I can't vouch for the other services he offers, but I imagine they are just as awesome!
Mr. Douglas We want to apologize for your negative experience at our shop, and we understand we have fallen behind on your expectations. Our "standard" turnaround is 5-7 business days, and I believe we did offer to squeeze in your bag and have it done sooner. We put the same amount of attention to details whether is a one-piece or a 1000 pcs order, but sometimes production takes longer than anticipated as "quality" is our number one priority. We will put more attention to each order's deadline and make sure we get them done on time; we hope we can earn your business back.

Needed last name emroidered on a bag. Paid upfront. Business needed 4 days. I was told bag would be ready on Friday. Bag not ready on Saturday at 1pm.
