Es un buen lugar para comprar pero el encargado en jefe es una persona que explota a los empleados y los acosa por la camara y les hace sentir totalmente mal.. y eso hace que brinden un pesimo servicio de calidad a la hora de resivir a los clientes que son los que pagan el sueldo de todos incluyendo el del encargado, esto es un llamado publicamente al encargado o para que cambie o para que pase el mando a otra persona ya que con su presencia van hacer muchos los empleados que se iran.
I ordered a salad and told the guy I wanted Italian dressing (3 times). He gave me balsamic vinaigrette. When I went back to tell him he gave me the wrong dressing, he insisted the dressing was Italian. It's not hard to tell the difference between Italian dressing and balsamic vinaigrette. Balsamic is way darker. But he still insisted that the dark purple/brown dressing he gave me was Italian. I didn't bother arguing, I just left. I'll never come back again. P.S. there were tons of egg shells too.
A selection of specialty health ingredients, and a great place to check for occasional "rare finds". The food counter is terrific and the international food selection is diverse and adequate for a store of this size.

Such a gem and rarity in NYC, to find a natural grocers that only carries organic products, great quality produce, and not overpriced. I buy $95% of my food and home products (soap, laundry detergent, cleaning items). I dont know what the reviews are about the rude service. I go here multiple times a week to get groceries and everyone is friendly and helpful. Love supporting this store!

The service is totally bad in particular how they make the customers feel. I decided give it second chance because the products that they have but like the first time the guy was following me around the store looking to see if I would steal something, it makes me feel really uncomfortable, Im not going to go back to that store.
