Took my mom here this morning. Her hair is already short so she just needed about an inch all around trimmed off. Dear baby Jesus. Our stylist was DIAMOND. After 1.5 hours and an instructor demonstrating my mom walked out with hair that looked stacked like a stairway. She kept cutting side to side instead of up and down even though my mom kept asking her to not cut that way and the instructor showed her. My mom couldn't take it anymore. After her hair was practically shaved on one side and lopped on the other side she decides omg enough! I was in the waiting area for an 1.5 when my mom walked around the corner. My eyes were huge and there was a dumbfounded smile I couldn't seem to wipe off lol I seriously DID NOT know what to say...So I took her to a real salon and they did the best they could without making my mom bald. Thank God hair grows back!! I am certain there are good stylist in there but if DIAMOND walks around the corner to take you to her chair RUN and don't look back! I am surprised and disappointed the instructor didn't stay when they saw the butcher job. In fact the instructor never came back to check and grade. I know they are students but even I know you are not supposed to cut side to side.

Scheduled a appointment for 1pm today. Drove 30 minutes. Got there and my appointment was canceled by the teacher. She had to go to lunch. My appointment was scheduled a week ago. That was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me. Will not be returning to this location.
In to purchase multiple products. I will never return, period. My money will be spent elsewhere. That is what happens when one absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude clerk thinks she can treat customers as such. I doubt her career in customer service or as hair professional will be successful, and that directly reflects Aveda. So disturbed by her.
