When you say Bi-Plane is it a shirt a deck a sticker? We carry over 10,000 constantly revolving products and this is very ambiguous so we have no idea what you are referring to? Probably best bet is to go direct to the brand versus leaving us a one star review with no explanation. If there is some sort of infringement we are not aware of by one of the brands we carry you can hit our support link and report this to us and we can talk to the brand and go from there. I do not think shaming us with a 1 star review for something we are not even aware of is not the best way to handle this. Skateboarding graphics change all the time and if we were to have to research every graphic prior to offering it for sale on our shop that would be quite the task. We put trust in the brands we carry and in 17 years this is the first time I have seen anyone come after us for something like this. Well there was The Hershey company that once got upset because OJ Wheels called a mixed colorway set of wheels Jolly Rancher. We posted the wheels as they called them and really did not think much about it. When they contacted us we changed them to being called Mixed. We care a lot about our reputation so for clarity please contact us at [email protected] and we can figure this out for you.

Saarah sorry you are disappointed. This is not an unusual policy for skate shops as we have had this policy since we opened where we do not accept returns on products that have been used. I hope you understand and if you were to review policies across skate shops you will find this as a standard policy across shops. I could not find an order under your name so maybe you purchased this at our retail store. If you need further support please feel free to contact us through our support page on our site. I researched your name in our support email and could not find any communication other than this review and we are always here to provide help and further information if needed.

As someone trying out skating for the first time, I wish I didnt shop here. I just hate how, because the board was used ONCE, I could not return it. Im aware this is a small business but skating is something you have to try with all the gear to see if you really like it. Please understand. I have an issue with this policy. Do not recommend, to say the least. Edit: I appreciate you responding to me. I dont need customer support. I bought the board in store. I just want the refund.

great service. They got cheap options which are the products that they make themselves such as their own bearings while carrying the normal brand name items. highly recommend.

Sorry about that. The retail is currently closed as I write this but we are open for local pickups 11AM-5PM Monday-Friday if you place your order online and call during that time frame to schedule your pickup. The footer of our site has updated information on the status of our retail store. We do need to get the phone tree updated so really sorry about this.
