Such a great experience with this CrossFit gym, came into it knowing nothing about lifting or CrossFit. The coaches Mike and Dave are fanominal they take there time and teach you through each exersize. For me having no experience I was intimidated at first but once I got going everyone made me feel welcomed. Can't say enough positive things about this gym would highly recommend to anyone trying to get fit no matter there experience level.

This is hands-down the BEST CrossFit gym. The coaching is excellent and personal, and you will not find such a close-knit and supportive community anywhere else. The programming is SO GOOD, you will definitely get leaner, stronger, and faster while having FUN! I've tried out other gyms and this one is seriously on another level; if you are lucky enough to live in the area, look no further, THIS IS THE ONE! I've unfortunately since moved out of the state but I drop into CFI whenever I visit and still look back on the time I got to spend here fondly. Dave and Foster are the real deal and have been in the business for TEN YEARS! You will get expert coaching whether you are just starting out or have been doing CrossFit since its beginnings.

After moving to Irvine from San Diego I had to find a new box and after trying a few out Crossfit Insanity was by far the best. The coaches and community are just excellent. First of all the coaches really care, they don't just tell you what the WOD is and walk away like some of the others I went to did. They are very thorough with their instruction and are continuously helping you improve. I have seen amazing results and gains in the past 8 months! The second part that is so welcoming is the community they have built, the members are some of the nicest people and I have truly gained so many new friends from joining. There are always fun social events going on outside the box from birthdays to holiday parties that strengthen that sense of community even more. I am so happy with the choice I made joining Crossfit Insanity and am so grateful to everything they have made possible.
