Slow serving customers, so make sure you have time. Clearly have lots of uniform orders etc to deal with, however staff are not particualrly friendly and approachable if they are doing something else in the shop, almost like they didn't want to stop doing their current task to serve a customer. This very much came across in their body language. Stood at the till for ages whilst two staff members carried on with their conversation. I wanted to buy school jumpers for two of my children. After eventually being sorted took them to the till to pay and noticed they were two different shades but are suppose to be the same. Woman wasn't happy I wanted both to be the same shade of colour; it would look odd in school photos together! Surely they should be the same being the same uniform! Jumper quality is poor, acrylic and not long after having them unstitched and fell apart at the cuffs and at the side on the seams. Not worth the 11 each to last only a few months.
