I give this place 1 star due to my first time going there they were randomly closed in the middle of the day with a sign on the door that said be back in 30 minutes. Who has 30 minutes to wait to support a business they never been to? On my 2nd attempt to support this small business I called before I came & someone did answer the phone. Once I got there, they literally had 5 items on the rack none in my size or that I liked! I tried
Mot too impressed with the customer service. I only received one item from a two item purchase (hey I understand that things happen especially during a sale). When I inquired about the second item in my purchase they refunded my money immediately for the missing item (greatly appreciated). I was extremely surprised though when I asked about the shipping fee. I inquired if the fee was different for 1 item vs 2, and if so would I be refunded my shipping for the difference in shipping. The email response that I received back was a basic "No." Maybe because this was through email, and things get lost in translation but I'm not gonna lie it had me feeling a type of way. The professionalism of the person responding to email concerns definitely needs some work and a simple explanation of "the shipping fee is the same whether it's 1 item or 2, therefore no shipping fee will be refunded"(if that was the case). THAT I could have accepted, but a (perceived attitudinal) "No." Not really something I would like to support in the future.
