EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE TELEMARKETER. If Russell Welmar does business based on his phone etiquette and rudeness, this could just be the biggest mistake your company makes! Hire better phone jockeys with a vocabulary that doesn't only know how to hang a phone up. Disgrace.

Solitran sells 100% Vantiv credit card processing with very aggressive pricing and no contract. They saved us thousands of dollars.

all the one star reviews confirm my experience. Terrible customer service. On par with my experience, I called back and got the exact answer from the other review here. Terrible. UPDATE: To solitran, yes I'm not a customer of yours but my review is based on your calls to get our business that ended up in me making that review. My review reflects the same experience others had at the same time of my review. I really hope you got new people helping you recruit new business because the one you had was horrible. Also, sending a generated reply and telling us we're "not your customers" sounds dismissive on your part. We were bothered by your people during business hours trying to get our business. A simple Sorry would have sufficed and I would have probably deleted my review. First impressions matter and that was my experience with your team. Have a nice day.
