Offered to pickup and replace all 11 shirts Youth Small out of 59 but refused to give us the opportunity to make it right. Just insulted me and my staff. Owners @ Destiny Studio waited to the last minute to place shirts even after passing the deadline date. We turned this job in the same week without RUSH charge. Some people you just can't please.

Terrible customer service experience. I ordered shirts for my business and was extremely disappointed in the product. We were not given any size / graphic / design specifications. Was also not sent a proof or warned that they were not capable of sizing the graphic to fit the shirt. Unbelievably, they actually delivered the product to me and expected me to be able to pass them on to my customers. I have given them every opportunity to make it right and have been as kind and accommodating as I can be. At this point, I can confidently say - this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced - B2B and as a customer. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I've never ever had an issue with a vendor on anything I have EVER ordered or purchased. I've been in business for 9 years. The work you did on the shirts was was not acceptable. You stalled for a week on the replacements and wanted me to return the shirts that I paid for BEFORE you would replace them. That's crazy! I also paid in FULL before purchasing or seeing the shirts - trusting that you would do a good job. Your wife is extremely kind and was making an effort to resolve this. It's apparent that you were unwilling to do the right thing.

Item Brad Spratt @ 14831 Creditview Dr Savage, MN 55378-3610 where discontinued and replacement item of better quality where sent. We payed for all shipping with no out of cost to Brad. His money was refunded by Paypal the company that billed his credit card to begin with. During the process he called our supplier and complained to them. Which of course they didn't have any to do with the sale. This individual is unstable and should be voided. Notice what city this guy comes from "Savage"

I ordered 8 shirts from Apparel Junction and was shipped different shirts from what I ordered. I tired contacting them multiple times with no reply. After I opened an issue with PayPal I received and RMA. The sent the product back and they received it on Jan 14th. I have yet to receive my refund. I did finally talk to someone via the phone and was told that since I filed a complaint with PayPal, PayPal would refund my money. I'm still waiting. Stay away from these guys. Horrible customer service. In reply to the owner's response. I'm unstable, why wouldn't YOU issue the refund so I didn't have to wait? You're really a piece of work. I called the number that was on the shipper. You were as unfriendly of customer service I've had to deal with in a long time. If you're wondering who is unstable, just ask yourself this: If I had an issue with a service provider and contacted them to get it resolved, would you think that you'd be attacked and called unstable? I tied numerous times to work directly to get it resolved and you completely ignored me. The only time you called me back was to inform me that you were just going to PayPal side with me and refund my money. I repeat, avoid this guy at all costs.
