Out of concern we did call a few of our competitors and found that we were actually priced in the lower bracket with our embroidery cost at $15 (+ $2 if you provide your own items); our competitors range from $16.50-$24.00 per item. We try to keep up with our surrounding market and I assure you our quality is much higher than other shops that you may be referring to. We hope you may understand that embroidery can be labor intensive, especially when setting up several machines for individual names. But if the market should change we will be sure to adjust our costs as well. Please also note the $15 rate will be lower when you have a higher quantity of items. Embroidery or not, we'd like to encourage you to come back just to say hi or even check out other services we offer that may be more in the price range you were looking for. I didn't really care for the customer service, they didn't seem to really want my business when I walked in to get a quote. Plus their pricing is three times higher than other local embroidery shops. I only wanted a simple monogram done on a shirt pocket for each of my bridesmaids and they quoted me $17 each... more than the shirt themselves. It's a shame because of the great reviews on here I had high hopes.
Came in to this store on June 21st to inquire about their prices on making some T-shirts for my business among other things. The lady that spoke with said she would follow up and give me a call with the information, which never happened. I forgot about it for a while until today, since I had breakfast at Oldwest Cafe I figured I would pass by and check again. I went into the store and it took a while for someone to greet me. An older man (looked like the owner) came out of the office and asked me what I needed. I told him about the shirts that I inquired about a few months ago. The man seemed annoyed, like I was inconveniencing him as I gave him some general info, but did not bother to ask me questions or look me up in his system for previous inquiries. I was there to give him my business, not to feel like an inconvenience. I felt very awkward at the whole experience so I just told him never mind and walked out. Not coming back here. Really awful customer service.
Cheap, fast, and excellent shirts. I've done the extensive shopping for last minute shirts, and I think I would've still gone here during the first minutes of shopping.
This company has left me waiting on proofs or apparel for multiple weeks for me to call in and be told the haven't gotten to it or they are not going to do it. An absolute waste of time. They also messed up my orders a few times and tried to put the blame on me. I am a veteran trying to start up an apparel line and I regret placing my trust in this company!!
