The pros to these apartments are that they're newly built and have a modern feel. Also the they're located in a decent and quiet area. Though the cons to these are that that they're small especially the bedrooms. The most spacious parts of them are the living room and kitchen. The leasing process is long and complicated, also a compliance office is used to determine your final stage of whether or not they accept your application. The apartments are income based so although on the application or the website it says one thing or price, depending your income you may actually have a higher rent price than expected. The leasing staff aren't organized, friendly or punctual. Miscommunication is constantly an issue. I've applied the there twice and both times some of the documents that were given to them were lost by them, which resulted in the application or approval process taking longer than it should have. Nor were they able to give me an idea of when my move in date would be and when they would have the apartment ready to move in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would say go elsewhere and get more for your money.

This place is horrible, they feel that they have the need to make their own rules and do whatever they please!! Their assistant property manger is just rude and ignorant by all means. My boyfriend had nothing but issues with this place one after another, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Never heard of a place that sends you a letter to do one thing but then does something that goes against the letter that was sent, and when questioned they said it was ok cause they do that but only did it to one apartment not the countless others they went into. Supposed to be income based but that is far from what they are, you be doing yourself a favor by finding somewhere else!

Riverwood is a great place. Clean n and close schools and stores. I am still living there .I am blessed!!!
