Discover is the absolute worse. There is a scam out there. I receive several calls a day from Sarah at discover on three different phone numbers. Try blocking to no avail. Called Discover to see what they are doing to stop this. Their efforts are non existent. Since this is in their name you would think they would try to do something. Very poor PR for such a large company.
This company is awful always paid on time never missed a payment and was drop for inactivity also interest was so high this company preys on the poor dont get there card or you will be sorry
Customer service when you call discovery is incredible. Better than jake from statefarm. They really go out of their way to help you and don't leave you on hold like ever, they really seem to care about helping you and the guys I spoke to on the phone particularly Steve had outstanding customer service 10 or of 5 stars.
For over six months Ive been trying to resolve a fraudulent transaction in my Discover Credit Card and its impossible to have anyone call me back or to obtain an email address so as to enable me to send a detailed email of the issue. No one will take ownership and follow up. Next move is to write a letter of complaint to the President of Discover.
