Was planning on buying one of their printers but needs to see sample of the output.. Took 3 weeks to get some samples after many calls, emails and texts They ignored me over and over. Once I did get someone on the phone he said will call me back but never did. I called again he said will arrive next day. He lied over and over again. Finally got samples and they are really bad. It's not the artwork design as they are all different and all have this bad over spray. I sent pictures and voice mail and no response. They just don't care. Now he says I am inventing this review.. HE IS A LIER. 100% TRUE. I CAN PROVE IT! Check the picture. That is his phone number.

Absolute scam. Had to ask like 4 different times to get everything I ordered. Still never got everything I ordered. Support is absolutely non-existent. 100% scam. Do not use. I paid more than I should have to get the 'Total support' that was advertised. Never got a single bit of help. Spent a month watching YouTube videos and researching the printers to make it work. To CPG's reply: I clearly said I did not want to return the printer and that I just wanted what was missing. You decided to shut down your store and ghost me when there was an active Etsy case against you. Look at all the other reviews from people where you did the same thing. Your reply literally makes you look even worse. I sincerely hope nobody buys from you. You are well known in the DTF groups on Facebook as being a scammer. Don't bother 'waiting 1 hour to post evidence'. Here's the entire case log from Etsy.
