Hello Siwei. I'm sorry you had a bad experience at our shop. All of our baristas are vaccinated and as numbers have been decreasing in the city we felt comfortable making masks optional for our staff and guests. But I'm sorry you were uncomfortable, that's of course the last thing we want. Unfortunately milk mix ups do occur, especially on the busiest day of the week, but I apologize. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback; we're always looking to improve our service.

Got coffee here while waiting for my tacos from the nearby food truck. It turned out to be one of the worst experiences. 1. While making my coffee, one of the baristas was talking without her face mask on. I didn't feel comfortable so I politely asked the other barista who wore a mask to make me another one. They seemed to be offended and made another one unwillingly. The moment I grabbed the coffee and about to leave I heard them laughing and mocking me because my request was "ridiculous". 2. I asked for a latte with skim milk but what I got was with almond milk. Trashed it after one sip. Didn't want to deal with them again so I asked my credit card for refund.
Casually rude to patrons, if that's the mood they're in... Coffee is basic. There are other friendly coffee shops in town with better atmosphere and service. Just my thoughts. Was going pretty regular but moving on.
To be fair, Im a barista so Im really particular. My shot was sour and I could tell by smell it wasnt pulled correctly. Milk was too foamy. But the place is cute and the baristas are friendly! Chai is okay but the milk was a little too foamy. I tried a shot, a cortado and a chai. The cortado wasnt made traditionally (too foamy and too hot). But if youre looking for a cute spot and youre not super particular about your coffee, then youll probably like it
