Viktor Taushanov helped me buy my first home in America. He was with me at every step of the process. - Helped me improve my credit. - Found a great financial agency to provide the mortgage (if my language is not precise, that's because I'm not familiar with the terminology. But Victor is). - Made sure I got the best advice and the best service. I noticed all consultants he recommended are high quality people and trustful professionals. I think Mr. Taushanov went way above and beyond the regular realtor service, in a very helpful way. He prevented me from buying a low quality property, and pointed my attention to the real values: location, quality and age of the construction, convenience in terms of schools, parks, playground areas, and all the small details that make a place good for living. We found a beautiful house in a neighborhood with many kids the age of my kids. It's safe and friendly. The house is in great condition, did not require any work, and it's in a green, quiet area, which was really important for me, so I can grow my plants, fruit trees, chicken, have a dog and a cat. This dream wouldn't become true without this helpful, good man. A year after the purchase, I receive emails from Victor about the taxes. Turns out, he checked the values in my area, and thus helped me lower my taxes!!! He keeps guiding me, and assisting in my new quality as a home owner. Now that was unexpected, and really amazing. Victor was a pleasure to have as our real estate agent. He assisted my family in purchasing our new home. He was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. We met Viktor almost 10 years ago when looking for a home in Addison. He graciously showed us several homes that we considered but ultimately did not buy.
