I can't believe my case manager Ms Lon Usher is still working there. She was the best case manager I ever had, she was more like my mom away from mom. Strict but loving, by the book, but compassionate. She is what makes Covenant House, because that's their mission statement....to help. I will never forget the help I received from them, Ms Lon Usher especially.

Amazing place with amazing mission. That's all I can really say. They really care about their residents and actually have tons of success stories. Definitely a place where they help people get the skills necessary to lead a full life. Services are only for teens and very young adults (age 18 I believe).

This place is helpful to some, I was happy to interact with positive staff, who helped me a lot. But at the end of my stay I was not Informed of correct information. Nor was I treated the same since I was leaving. At least there how I preserved it.
