After purchasing an international from this location. The box truck broke down within the first week of owning it. When they sell you the vehicle they tell you they stand behind their products even though there is no warranty on the vehicle. But when time comes for them to stand behind it they do not pay for repairs. After truck was repaired it broke down again within the next month. And today it is back in the shop for another electrical issue. I have spent more money on this vehicle then I have made over the past three months. I purchased a 2012 International 4300 Dura star. I would never recommend this vehicle or this location to anybody. If you're looking for a box truck I recommend Freightliner. All three times vehicle has been repaired the technicians at different locations said Internationals are POS. I wish I would have known that before I bought this vehicle. Additionally I called the manager at this location the last time it broke down and requested a call back. Never received the phone call. When I requested reimbursement for repairs I received a note from their corporate office saying if I didn't want to have issues with a used vehicle and no warranty they recommend that I purchase a new vehicle . Which to me seems like they're telling me to not purchase vehicles from this location as it is a used international dealership. Poor customer service
I bought a 2016 Freightliner cascadia from International used trucks in Lavergne Tn and the sales person was wonderful in everything she did if only they didn't tie her hands on what she could do i am still having problems with this truck .so approach with caution.
Great experience! Management and Sales guys are very knowledgeable and helpful in putting you a truck that fits your needs. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family looking to get in the trucking business!
Great experience here. My salesman Larry B has down to earth attitude and didnt BS me around. He is a straight forward kinda guy that does all he can to meet your needs. Thanks Larry ! I will be sure to tell drivers that are interested in purchasing a truck to come see you first! Update 1/30/18 : Costly mistake I originally wanted the truck in my company name Larry insisted i couldnt do that. Being a first time truck buyer I assumed he was right. Well he wasnt from the bank to the dmv this has cost me around $2500 to take it out my name into the businesses name and to re-register the truck Im so pissed at this and have learned a costly lesson. So for anyone else I hope to save you a headache and money by this valuable lesson. Thanks Larry
