I ordered three shirts to be embroidered about three weeks ago and have yet to receive them. Each time I make an in-person visit, although courteous, the customer tells me that the shirts are not done. My substandard rating appears to be a one-off based on the other Purple Monkey customers. I understand the workload may be robust and there are differing priority levels; however, if the only response is I can give you call when theyre ready...... thats unsat and no bueno. I do not believe in being left in the dark.

I have order shirts from Purple Monkey on two occasions within the past year. Most recently, I needed an order before a hectic holiday week. Megan was great in helping process my order and expedite it to meet my deadline. And Derrick worked with me over email on perfecting the design, so the shirts would look their best. They both went above and beyond in customer service and producing a high-quality product. I highly recommend Purple Monkey!!
